In the same way we promise to be good stewards of the gifts you give to support our mission, Gbarnga Lutheran Mission Project, Inc. ("Gbarnga Mission") is committed to appropriate stewardship of the information you have entrusted to us. We value and respect the privacy of our donors. We want to ensure our supporters that donor information will not be shared with any third party.

Gbarnga Mission provides this Donor Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy policy and to inform you about how your information is used. We also include information about how to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

Here are the types of donor information that we collect and maintain:

• Payment information: credit card and billing information; and

• Information you wish to share with Gbarnga Mission: questions, comments, suggestions.

Gbarnga Mission uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, communicate back to you, and keep you informed about our mission and how your donations are used to support our mission. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for any other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information and improve our mission.

Gbarnga Mission will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Gbarnga Mission and only to further the organizational activities and purposes of Gbarnga Mission. It is not the intention of Gbarnga Mission to send unwanted mail or other communications to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
